Everything you need to know

Clear information about IndoPe services, account safety and the responsibilities that help protect every transaction.

Section 1

IndoPe Wallet

Users can maintain a wallet balance, review transaction history and transfer funds to another IndoPe user. The sender is responsible for checking the receiver name, number and amount before confirmation because a completed transfer to the correct account may not be reversible.

Section 2

QR Pay

Personal static QR codes support repeat payments, while dynamic QR codes may include an amount, note, expiry or one-time-use control. Scan, upload or paste a supported QR, review the receiver and total debit, then confirm the payment. Failed or delayed payments should be checked in transaction history before retrying.

Section 3

Merchant services

Approved merchants can accept IndoPe QR payments, monitor collections in the merchant dashboard, review reports and request settlement. Merchant availability, settlement processing and verification remain subject to platform policy and provider status.

Section 4

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposit requests may require manual or automated verification of the submitted payment reference. Withdrawals depend on the configured payout provider and may be delayed due to provider or network issues. Failed provider payouts may be reviewed for wallet restoration after reconciliation.

Section 5

Rewards

Eligible users may create funded reward packets or claim available rewards. Eligibility, claim limits, expiry and completion are controlled by the displayed reward rules. Duplicate claims, automation and misuse may result in rejection or account review.

Section 6

Developer and API access

Approved users and merchants may receive API credentials for supported integrations. Credentials must be protected, used only for the authorized account and kept within documented rate limits and platform rules.
