What to provide
Share the issue type, registered phone number, transaction or request ID, amount, date and a clear description of the last successful step. Include a screenshot where useful, but hide unrelated personal information.
What never to provide
Never send your password, OTP, full bot token, API secret, session cookie, QR signing information or device unlock code. Official support should not ask you to transfer money merely to investigate an issue.
Response and resolution
Support response times vary by issue volume and complexity. Payment, payout, settlement or provider cases may be delayed due to provider or network issues and may require verification before resolution.
