Everything you need to know

Clear information about IndoPe services, account safety and the responsibilities that help protect every transaction.

Section 1

Clean routes and protected files

User-facing navigation uses clean routes while sensitive configuration and internal files are not intended for direct public access. Clean URLs improve navigation but do not replace account security controls.

Section 2

QR signing and validation

Supported IndoPe QR payloads are signed so altered content can be rejected. Users should still verify the displayed receiver, merchant, amount and note before confirming payment.

Section 3

Dynamic QR replay protection

One-time dynamic QR requests may include a nonce, expiry and replay controls. A paid, expired or reused dynamic QR can be rejected to reduce accidental duplicate payment.

Section 4

Payment confirmation

Scan, uploaded and pasted QR flows show payment details before final confirmation. Stop if the receiver or amount is unexpected, and check transaction history before retrying a delayed response.

Section 5

Session security

IndoPe may use protected cookies, device identifiers, OTP or Telegram approval and active-session controls. Sign out unknown sessions, secure the linked Telegram account and avoid shared or untrusted devices.

Section 6

Telegram and account alerts

Where configured, Telegram alerts can notify users about login or payment activity. Delivery depends on Telegram, bot availability and account configuration, so alerts should not be the only security check.

Section 7

Safety checklist

Use a unique password, never share OTPs, confirm every receiver, avoid untrusted QR codes, protect API credentials and report suspicious activity through official support.
